Policy…

Our policy as a resident appointed board is to protect and serve our community. This means at a minimum sustaining a solvent fiscal budget, maintaining commons property, implementing regulations, and handling capital improvements. We are also concerned with safety and community relations. Additionally, we want to make sure everyone is heard, so please share your voice by attending a board meeting or sending us an email to hoa@pablobay.com.
