Pablo Bay HOA is a unique 450 home community on  the west side of the Intercoastal about two miles from Jacksonville Beach, Florida. We are one mile from the world renowned Mayo Clinic and about 12 miles from downtown Jacksonville. Onsite amenities include an adult and kids swimming facility, cabana, kitchen, gazebo, soccer field, lighted tennis court, fishing dock and kids park with different age groups of playground equipment. We have 10 ponds nestled throughout the community and miles of walking paths throughout the community.
